Machine Gun Kelly has established himself as one of the top singers in the music industry right now. He is also in a relationship with Megan Fox and for many fans, they are simply the ideal couple.

However, that doesn’t mean the singer is free from getting into trouble with the law. Last month, Machine Gun Kelly was accused of battery after he allegedly shoved a parking attendant.

In fact, the musician was then sued by the attendant John Martin Tilli, who claimed that Kelly got aggressive after he asked if Kelly has a permit to shoot a movie with Mod Sun in a parking lot back on August 23rd.

According to TMZ, Machine Gun Kelly will not be prosecuted for the alleged battery. It was said that the L.A. City Attorney’s Office is rejecting the case because there was no reasonable likelihood of conviction, which means there was simply not enough evidence.
