Playboi Carti Sued For Not Paying $100K Bill For Diamond Chains

Playboi Carti worked hard to establish himself as one of the best rappers in the industry right now. He isn’t without his fare share of controversies.

According to TMZ, Eliantte & Co. filed legal documents in New York claiming that the rapper owes $97,063.75, which the company says is the balance for two custom chains the rapper ordered back in September 2020.

Eliantte worked very hard on a 14-carat white gold diamond rosary chain and a custom diamond tennis chain. It was said that Carti was billed $197,063.75 for the pieces.

 Eliantte claims the rapper made a $100k payment on January but then failed to pay the rest of that money despite reminding him multiple times.

Playboi Carti has yet to respond to the accusations meted out against him. It is unlikely he will do so anytime soon from the looks of it.
