Skrillex Sells Malibu Mansion For Over $17 Million

Skrillex’s accolades as a musician need no introductions as he cemented himself as one of the most recognizable stars in the EDM genre. He also has a lot of money and it seems he made a lot more recently.

According to TMZ, Skrillex sold his modern Malibu beach house for $17.5 million. This ended up being a massive profit for the EDM star as he bought the plot of land nearly 5 years ago and paid $6 million for it and then built a gorgeous home out of it.

The mansion boasts a 1.11-acre custom-built estate, a 12,000-square-foot home with 6 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. It has an open floor plan with sweeping views of the Pacific. It also comes with a movie theater, gym, sauna and game room.

It is also a solid juxtaposition of modern and classic due to the mix of stone and wood. The mansion is clearly made for views and Skrillex made a great business decision for himself by doing that.

The buyers are said to be from Australia and will certainly be elated to call Skrillex’s former mansion their new home.
