Jon Jones is one of the most popular fighters in the history of the UFC. For the past few months, Jones had made it his life’s mission to go after Francis Ngannou’s UFC Heavyweight Championship.

To make it happen Jon Jones had been working very hard to make it to the Heavyweight division in the UFC. The journey has certainly been a very difficult one for him.

Jones had revealed in the past that he felt undervalued and simply wanted to be paid better. Unfortunately for Jones, it was previously stated that he will not be facing Ngannou anytime soon.

While speaking at the UFC 265 post-fight press conference, UFC President Dana White was asked about Jon Jones’ involvement in the UFC Heavyweight Championship picture. Dana White made it clear that he isn’t even thinking about Jon Jones until next year.

For the past few months, Jon Jones has made it clear that he wants to return to the Octagon next year and even recently revealed that he plans on becoming a champion next year. We will have to wait and see who Jon Jones’ next opponent will be.
