Cuba Gooding Jr is a well-known actor in Hollywood, notably known for his roles in films such as Men Of Honor, Jerry Maguire and more. However, he is also a very controversial actor

According to Page Six, Cuba Gooding Jr. might have to pay millions of dollars in damages to a woman who accused him of sexual assault. This happened after he was found liable in her related civil case by a Manhattan judge.

Federal Judge Paul Crotty issued a default judgement against Gooding Jr. in the suit brought by an unidentified woman who alleged that Gooding sexually assaulted her in a New York City hotel room in 2013.

Due to the fact that Gooding Jr. did not participate or defend himself in the suit, which was filed in August 2020, he has admitted liability. Now the actor has until September of this year to respond to the accusation, else he will have to pay $6 million in damages.
