Redman Allegedly Beat Up Sound Engineer Over Audio-Related Issues

Redman is undoubtedly one of the most popular rappers in the Hip-Hop world, who rose to fame after signing with the Def Jam label back in the 90s. He has been in the industry for several years and is certainly a perfectionist.

Redman has seen it all as far as being a rapper is concerned and it seems there are some crazy stories about the rapper as well.

While speaking on HipHopDX’s Hack3d series, Twista was joined by longtime collaborators DJ Tight Mike and Toxic in order to share some insane stories about rappers and that included Redman.

Twista recalled the time Redman actually beat up a sound engineer at a show for issues that were related to audio.

“Aye, I didn’t seem that crazy when you saw Redman whoop some ass though, did I?” The sound wasn’t right at Redman’s show… he went over there and whooped some ass! The sound man was finna get a mic across the forehead, though!”

There are certainly even more odd stories about Redman which might be hard to believe for fans. Regardless, fans will always appreciate Redman’s contributions to the industry and that isn’t changing anytime soon.
