In the world of hip hop, while beefing is the standard for a lot of rappers, there are a lot of inseparable buddies as well. Tyler, The Creator and New York rapper A$AP Rocky are known to be best of friends who hang out often, pull pranks on each other and collaborate every now and then.

However, it seems that there’s some distance between the two, as Tyler recently unveiled the song “CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST.” He revealed that he had made the song specifically for a featurette with A$AP Rocky, but the rapper couldn’t get him to fulfill his request.

I made that beat for me and Rocky shit, but that n-gga ignored me for five months. So the middle part where DJ Drama is yelling and Im not rapping, that was for Rocky, but the n-gga….

DJ Akademiks took to Instagram to post the clip of Tyler, The Creator talking to the audience in his concert where he admits to the fact that he had been ghosted by A$AP Rocky for 5 whole months.

It could simply be that A$AP Rocky has been too busy for collabs as he is in a happy relationship with Rihanna and has been working towards finishing up his own album named All Smiles. Whether it be one reason or two, fans are more concerned about the relationship between the two friends more than the song.

Let us know what you think about the newly released song, and would it have worked if it had A$AP Rocky on it in the comments.
