Bill Cosby’s time behind bars is coming to an end far sooner than most expected. He never stopped his legal battle, even while incarcerated. Now the famous comedian’s conviction has been overturned.

Pennsylvania’s highest court overturned Bill Cosby’s sex assault conviction on Wednesday after they found an agreement with a previous prosecutor which prevented him from being charged. It was not noted how soon Cosby will be released, but he is set to be a free man once again.

It was stated that all judgements and sentences for Cosby will be vacated and he is to be discharged from incarceration. Cosby’s charge of aggravated indecent assault will no longer stick to him. We will have to see if it gets The Cosby Show back in syndication.

We’re sure that this decision will be a controversial one. Cosby’s situation brough out many more as it helped level support for the #MeToo movement. This is still a breaking story and we will continue monitoring this situation here at Thirsty.

Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
