The subject of Britney Spears and her conservatorship has picked up in popular conversation. This is nothing new as the pop icon has been restricted under that conservatorship for over a decade now. Fans are now coming down on fellow celebs for remaining silent.

In heartbreaking and revealing testimony this week, Spears said of her conservatorship issues that she felt abused and controlled. I was told … I’m not able to get married or have a baby,” stated Spears. “I wanted to take the IUD out, so I could start trying to have another baby, but … they don’t want me to have … any more children. So basically, this conservatorship is doing me way more harm than good. I deserve to have a life.”

Many tweets have come out from fans with fire directed to Rihanna, T.I., Nicki Minaj, G-Easy and more. Iggy Azalea also took some heat from fans. She addressed that controversy in a big way with two tweets directed at anyone slinging shade at her for remaining silent about Spears’ battle.

Iam actually here to support someone in a way that’s helpful and also mindful. Britney has said in her own words, she’s embarrassed to even share this with the world. If she needed me to speak on her behalf, That message has been delivered to her. Other than that – I’m good.

I’ve done what I’m supposed to do, I’ve reached out. I’m not supposed to be mindlessly telling you all whatever was happening because half of these people are just here for entertainment not to help. I actually care & she can use me if she needs my voice. Leave me alone PLEASE.

Britney Spears might find herself out of that conservatorship soon enough. It won’t be an easy fix because the courts must be involved. She will also likely have to pass some other phycological exams. We know that Iggy Azalea is pulling for her, because Spears now has an open invitation to use Iggy’s voice however she needs to.
