Brock Lesnar’s merchandise was removed from the official WWE shop last year which let everyone know he was no longer with the company. His contract actually ended at WrestleMania 36, but WWE still had a few months to sell merchandise. Now he could be coming back. Brock Lesnar is known for his big surprises, after all.

Lesnar’s name reappeared on the active WWE roster page. He is now listed as a RAW Superstar. According to Fightful Select, Lesnar could be on his way back to WWE once again, and it could happen soon.

It is reported that sources in the company have indicated that Lesnar and WWE have been in recent talks about a return. It is also reported that WWE has plans in place for Lesnar and “he could return imminently is they have their way.”

Of course, this is not certain, because anything can happen to derail he discussions. There seems to be a bit more momentum when it comes to Brock Lesnar’s return. His deals are kept incredibly close to the vest and it would be no surprise to see the Beast Incarnate return out of nowhere.

Roman Reigns is not competing at Hell in a Cell, because they ran his Universal Title match against Rey Mysterio on SmackDown. We’ll have to see if Paul Heyman makes an appearance alongside a returning Brock Lesnar instead.

If WWE keeps Lesnar on RAW and Reigns on SmackDown then Heyman could play double duty for a while. Given Brock Lesnar’s incredibly limited work schedule, it’s also likely that Heyman wouldn’t have to be Lesnar’s Advocate very often.

What’s your take on Brock Lesnar’s WWE return? Will we see him at Hell in a Cell? Sound off in the comments!
