Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kanye West in February and many fans have wondered why since the split was made legally official. They have both carried on since then, but only Kardashian seems to be fielding questions about their split.

During the Keeping up with the Kardashians reunion special, Andy Cohen asked Kim K about her divorce, and what caused it. She could not pinpoint one specific reason. While picking her words very carefully, Kardashian said that it boiled down to having a difference of opinion.

“I honestly don’t think I would even say it was seen on TV but it’s not one specific thing that happened on either part. I think it’s just a general difference of opinions on a few things that led to this decision. We have an amazing co-parenting relationship and I respect him so much and I think we’ll have– you know, that was my friend first. First and foremost, for a long time.”

Kanye West’s failed presidential was also a huge crux in the problems with his marriage, but Kim didn’t’ say that was the reason during the reunion special. It was also very evident that Kim was picking what she said with care.

Kim K is not focusing on dating right now. She brushed off questions about those relationship rumors and even made a joke about how Van Jones is getting way more action after those reports came out. Kanye West, on the other hand, has been spotted with a Russian supermodel several times, so he seems to be back at it.

What’s your take on this situation? Why did Kim really file for divorce in Feb? Sound off in the comments!
