Drake remains one of the most popular and successful rappers in the Hip-Hop world. He also has a lot of interests outside of making music. For a very long time now fans have been eagerly waiting for his upcoming album ‘Certified Lover Boy’ to drop.

Drake also won the Artist of the Decade award at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday, May 23, as he was acknowledged for his contributions to the world of music. It seems the artist decided to celebrate his huge accomplishment in a way only he knew how.

According to a report by Variety, Drake rented out Inglewood’s entire 70,000 capacity SoFi Stadium for the night and hosted a dinner on the 50-yard line. Guests included the likes of the Weeknd, Chris Brown, DJ Khaled, Doja Cat, SZA and many others. Of course, his son Adonis and close family and friends were present as well.

According to a report by E!, the rapper began his night at the Nice Guy restaurant in West Hollywood before making his way to the SoFi Stadium, where he celebrated in grand fashion.

“He rented the entire stadium for the nigh. The stadium has a gigantic banner with his name and ‘Artist of the Decade.’ There are huge champagne towers and several bars set up throughout the stadium. Drake also has cute album books featuring his favorite moments through his career set up around the stadium.”

Drake truly proved to the world why he is one of the most influential and important rappers in the last decade, by winning the Artist of the Decade award at the Billboard Music Awards and there is no one more deserving than him of that honor.
