XXXTENTACION’s Brother Suing Mother Over Late Rapper’s Estate In Brutal Lawsuit

Three years after XXXTENTACION’s death, his estate is subject to a bitter lawsuit between family members. His brother is now suing the late rapper’s mother over the rapper’s $50 million estate.

NBC6 reports XXXTENTACION’s half-brother, Corey Pack, filed a lawsuit against X’s mother, Cleopatra Bernard, last week. Records from Broward County show that Pack’s lawsuit was filed and accused Bernard of illegally transferring millions into her own pockets.

Pack’s lawyer Robert Stok was very clear about the allegations that X’s mother was dipping into her late son’s stash of cash far too much.

“The fraudulent transfer complaint seeks to recover assets being transferred from the probate estate by XXX’s mother, Cleo Bernard, in order to deprive our client Corey Pack, of a recovery, if he’s successful in his efforts to secure his inheritance rights either under his late brother’s trust or will.”

Corey Pack and another sibling each secured a 25 percent stake in XXXTENTACION’s trust. Bernard received half, but Pack has not received access to his funds. Pack’s complaint is the third one filed in the court system regarding X’s trust. Obviously, there are a lot of things that need to be sorted out.
