Zack Snyder’s vision which was shown in its full glory in the Snyder Cut version of the Justice League made its way to HBO Max back in March and it proved all naysayers wrong as it received tons of praise from fans and critics alike.

The film being four hours long certainly added a lot of extra scenes that gave a lot of development and context to several characters in the film. However, a lot of scenes didn’t make their way into the film and that includes John Stewart’s Green Lantern.

Snyder had stated in the past that the original plan for the Snyder Cut included an appearance by the John Stewart version of Green Lantern. Wayne T. Carr was cast as Green Lantern and even had a few scenes filmed with him.

Now it seems Zack Snyder has finally revealed a photo of Carr in action during a Q&A showcase with fans at a Cinemark event in Playa Vista, California. During that event, Zack Snyder simply took out his phone and showed fans the Green Lantern scene in Justice League.

During the Cinemark event, Snyder stated that Warner Bros. decided to cut the Green Lantern scene from the film as the studio has plans to use the character in a future project. It isn’t known whether Green Lantern will appear in an upcoming DC movie or the Green Lantern anthology series that will make its way to HBO Max.

We certainly hope Zack Snyder will be coming back to direct future DCEU movies and this time around, Green Lantern will finally be shown in his full glory as fans would certainty love that.
