J. Cole is currently one of the most sought after rappers in the Hip Hip world. J. Cole has finally released his long awaited album The Off-Season. It seems in the ‘let.go.my.hand track, the rapper has admitted to his infamous fight with Diddy.

After the conclusion of the Video Music Awards in 2013, celebrities made their way to the PHD Dream Downtown in Manhattan. Diddy was said to have been very drunk at the afterparty when he confronted Kendrick Lamar for his infamous verse on “Control” and apparently tried to spill a drink on Lamar.

J. Cole would intervene and the two would have a fight. While neither had admitted to the fight since then, Cole finally did. Cole also recognized how much he had grown since 2013.

“Back then I ain’t know shit, now I know too much.”

It is certainly great that Cole grew as both a person and as an artist and finally admitted to the fight with Diddy. The two are unlikely to be on bad terms as well.
