Trey Songz is definitely one of the most notorious rappers out there, but he might have overdone it a bit this time. The rapper has been sued by a bartender at a concert, who claims that Trey used his fists to hit him.

According to a report by TMZ, the bartender stated that the rapper struck him on his head with his fist, after which he simply went back to enjoying the show from May 9, 2019.

The bartender claims that the incident took place at the Hollywood Palladium, where he does his bartending duties. Treyz had allegedly jumped the bar, which was against the policies of the venue. When the bartender tried to tell him that he is in violation of the policies and cannot be allowed to go further in, he received a jab onto his head. The bartender is suing Trey for battery.

As per evidence that TMZ secured, there is at least some identifiable truth to the man’s claim. Songz was indeed present in the studio on May 9, 2019, attending a Cardi B concert.
