John Cena Says Peacemaker Costume Is Difficult To Shower In

John Cena is set to take on the Peacemaker role in the Suicide Squad sequel. His performance impressed James Gunn and studio execs so much that an HBO Max spin-off series was green-lit before the film even drops. That’s where Cena is, in Canada, and he’s apparently getting really attached with that costume.

James Gunn tweeted out a photo of John Cena, in his Peacemaker outfit, getting coffee. He was also throwing up a “peace sign.” We couldn’t see whether Cena was smiling, because he was wearing a mask.

Gunn captioned this great candid of the 16x World Champion with: “What’s weird is that this is on John’s day off.”

John Cena replied to ask what was so strange about him rocking the Peacemaker outfit 24/7. It makes perfect sense to him. It seems as though Cena even showers in his new DC outfit.

Why is that weird? Just breaking in the uniform. #Peacemaker PS, it’s quite difficult to shower in…but I manage.

We’ve seen John Cena with that costume absolutely covered in blood. It’s a good thing he was able to get the stains out.
