Zac Efron appeared during Bill Nye’s big Earth Day Musical and fans on Facebook watching the show go down called out the High School Musical star for getting work done.

Efron appeared during the fun-filled planet-loving special, looking a bit jacked. Some fans also pointed out that his face looks a bit different, too. It might have been to blame on many things, but some fans are immediately crediting plastic surgery.
