Kim Kardashian Partying In Miami Was ‘Mental Getaway’ From Kanye West Drama

Kim Kardashian is dealing with a lot in the midst of her very public split with husband Kanye West. She needed a bit of an escape and that’s exactly what she got.

Sources close to Hollywood Life have said that Kim K’s recent journey to Miami for some nightlife was a “mental getaway” for her. The 43-year-old reality television star was seen out on the town and actually caught some flack for it as well.

The event in Miami celebrated David Beckham’s soccer club Miami CF’s opening game. It was a star-studded event attended by loads of high profile guests. Kim K was a part of it, looking to take her mind off of things.

The Goodtime Hotel event, hosted by co-owners Pharrell Williams and Miami club and restaurant owner David Grutman was the perfect location for Kim Kardashian to blow off some steam.

“Kim went to Miami to support her friends and because she needed a mental getaway.”

“The trip was quick and easy because she wanted to get back for Kourtney’s birthday. She had a lot of fun and didn’t see anything wrong with it,” the source added.

This isn’t the first time that Kim Kardashian has taken a trip to get her mind off things. She famously took a ton of her close friends to a private island a few months ago so they could experience some form of normalcy. It seems that she only has to get to Miami to experience that now.
