Rapper Fat Joe is a veteran in the world of Hip-Hop, having worked since the early 1990s. Throughout his career, he has worked with several rappers such as Diddy, Busta Rhymes, Lil Wayne and several more to add to the list. It seems he almost had an album with Notorious B.I.G as well.

While speaking to Verzuz founders Swizz Beatz and Timbaland, Fat Joe revealed that he and B.I.G had already started working on a new album prior to his tragic demise.

The album apparently had a lot of diss tracks directed towards Tupac as well.

“We cut about five songs together,’ he said. “He was like, ‘You the Latino don, I’m the Black don.’ And we was in that studio going crazy. It’s verified by Puff Daddy and everybody. I’ma keep it real – at the time, we were dissing Tupac a lot and all that and so that should have never seen the light of day. Which is respectfully so, because you know they both passed on. But yeah, I worked with the B.I.G. for real.”

It is truly a shame that the album never saw the light of day, as fans certainly would have loved it.
