The Weeknd has been wrecking havoc on the Billboard Top 10 with Blinding Lights and also gave a terrific album to his fans, After Hours, and yet he hasn’t been nominated for even a single Grammy. While The Weeknd has moved on from having no nominations and being the highlight this weekend, he still has something to look forward to.

The good news that he is being recognized by other celebrated organizations. The Juno Awards, which are Canada’s most celebrated awards ceremony, has given The Weeknd a whooping 6 nominations.

The Weeknd has been specifically nominated for Juno Fan Choice, Single Of The Year, Album Of The Year, Artist Of The Year, Songwriter Of The Year, and Contemporary R&B Recording Of The Year. Other artists to have many nominations are Justin Bieber, JP Saxe & Jessie Reyez, all three of them having five nominations each.
