Conor McGregor was recently bumped off UFC’s list of top fighters and fans aren’t happy about it.

Notorious was usually found among the top pound-for pound-fighters on UFC’s rankings, but that changed this week. Conor McGregor was bumped off the list in favor of new Bantamweight Champion Aljamain Sterling.

That big UFC 259 win for Sterling in Las Vegas not only took the belt from Petr Yan, but it also saw him inserted onto UFC’s list of top fighters. He is now #15, and McGregor is off.

One fan commented to say: “King will be back after his 4th retirement with motivation Justin Beat tony Dustin beat Justin Conor beat Dustin khabib beat all of them in rematch motivated McGregor will beat khabib so all legacy goes to McGregor.”

One person said this move should be “illegal.” Others were quite upset as well. Still, there were a few fans who believe that it was time for McGregor to leave the top 15, “You guys mad at aljo for a good reason but be honest conor shouldn’t be there either”

Fans took to social media all over to complain about this decision from the UFC. Obviously, they’re going to stan for Notorious, regardless of his recent loss to Daniel Poirier.
