DeSean Jackson Now A Free Agent After Release From The Philadelphia Eagles

DeSean Jackson is a veteran receiver in the world of professional football. He was always loved by fans and teammates alike when he was a part of the Philadelphia Eagles.

Jackson had previously parted ways with the team a few years ago but made his return back in 2019, much to the delight of fans. However, Jackson’s body couldn’t handle the intense pressure from playing football and became more injury-prone.

Due to this, Jackson’s ability on the field was limited and he was released from The Eagles on Friday. Jackson is now officially a free agent as he waits to see which team Jackson will call his home next.

Before the announcement of his release, Jackson took to Instagram where the veteran wide receiver claimed that he had no hard feelings for what happened and is looking forward to the next stage of his career.

“Looking forward to my next chapter,” Jackson wrote. “The best deep threat in NFL history coming to a city near you. Philadelphia it’s always love.”

With Jackson being only 34 years old, he still has a lot left in him to perform at a high level. He will certainly add depth to any team that decides to pick him up. We will have to see where Jackson ends up next.
