Cardi B was recently gifted a palatial house for her birthday. She’s also been busy throwing shade at other rappers like Nicki Minaj. Now, she’s been accused of anti-Asian racism.

The WAP rapper posted a video on TikTop where she sang a Korean song from the hit Netflix series Squid Game. Cardi sang the tune in the video with what many called an offensive take on a Korean accent. Others thought the video was funny. The reactions were quite mixed.

In the video, the 29-year-old Cardi sings along to the tune that played during the famous “Red Light, Green Light” scene in the popular show. The video making its rounds online appears to have been taken from a TikTok live video shot on her birthday, October 11.

The video was shared by fans and critics alike and has been shared across various social media outlets. This is not the first time Cardi has been involved in controversy involving race.
