Jamie Foxx Wants Legal Action Over Glass Attack at Mr. Chow

Jamie Foxx isn’t letting a wild night at Mr. Chow slide without consequences. The actor is pressing charges after allegedly being hit in the face with a drinking glass, leaving him with a cut mouth.

According to TMZ, sources close to the situation tell us Jamie is fully cooperating with authorities, insisting the perpetrator face prosecution to prevent similar incidents. While no arrests have been made, Beverly Hills police are investigating, and they’re reportedly interested in speaking with Jasper Dolphin—a “Jackass” stuntman—who was present during the chaotic scene.

Authorities have obtained video footage from the restaurant, though they’re keeping tight-lipped about its contents as the investigation unfolds. Interviews with witnesses are ongoing as law enforcement builds their case.

The incident allegedly stemmed from a prank involving a laser pointer projecting a penis onto Jamie’s table during his birthday celebration. Sources say the prank, attributed to members of the “Jackass” crew, didn’t sit well with Foxx, who reportedly confronted the group to put an end to it. Things escalated quickly, with someone hurling a heavy glass that struck Jamie in the face.

Jasper Dolphin, known for his role in Jackass Forever and his ties to Odd Future alongside Tyler, The Creator, has yet to comment on the matter. Jamie’s attorney has also declined to weigh in.

For Jamie, the night of celebration turned into an ugly altercation, but the actor is determined to see justice served.
