Will Smith wants to set the record straight—he’s got no ties to Diddy’s controversies and isn’t here for the memes suggesting otherwise. The actor and rapper addressed the situation head-on during his show at The Observatory North Park in San Diego on Thursday night.

Taking a moment during the sold-out performance, Will spoke candidly about the flood of online jokes linking him to the disgraced rap mogul. “I don’t have s*** to do with Puffy, so y’all can stop all the memes,” Smith told the crowd, making it clear he’s steering clear of Diddy’s drama.

Will took it a step further, humorously shooting down any involvement in Diddy’s infamous “Freak-Off” parties. “I’ve never been to a ‘Freak-Off,’” he said. “I’ve got enough of my own drama without being dragged into someone else’s.” He even joked about the allegations that feds found hundreds of bottles of baby oil in Diddy’s homes, saying he’s not a fan of the stuff.

While there are plenty of photos of Will and Diddy together over the years—they’ve crossed paths at major events as two of the world’s biggest stars—Smith made it clear their connection is nothing more than acquaintanceship. “That’s the extent of it,” Will said, shutting down speculation about any deeper involvement in Diddy’s alleged activities.

As for Diddy, the rap mogul remains behind bars at Brooklyn’s MDC as he awaits trial in May. He faces serious charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Will Smith isn’t mincing words—he’s got his own life to handle and has no interest in being tied to Diddy’s legal troubles.

Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries.
