Cardi B Accuses Tasha K of Hiding Money as Legal Battle Heats Up

Cardi B isn’t letting up in her ongoing fight to collect the nearly $4 million she’s owed from gossip blogger Tasha K.

The Grammy-winning rapper has been battling Tasha in court since 2019, when she sued for defamation, claiming the blogger launched a “malicious campaign” to ruin her reputation. While the court sided with Cardi and awarded her millions, she’s still waiting to see the money—and she’s now accusing Tasha K of playing dirty to avoid paying up.

According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Cardi alleges that Tasha K has been fraudulently moving assets out of her name and into her husband’s, as well as holding offshore trust accounts in the Cook Islands, Nevis, and Georgia. Cardi is calling out the blogger’s claims of being unable to pay, pointing to her “life in luxury” as evidence to the contrary.

Despite filing for bankruptcy in 2023 and claiming less than $60,000 in assets, Cardi says Tasha K and her husband recently moved into a $7,000-a-month deluxe apartment and continue to flaunt designer clothes, jewelry, and high-end items on social media.

In her latest legal move, Cardi is asking the judge to dismiss Tasha K’s bankruptcy case and bar her from filing for bankruptcy again for the next two years. The rapper is making it clear that she won’t stop until she collects what she’s owed.
