Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal woes continue to mount as three men have come forward with allegations of rape, filing lawsuits anonymously in New York.

The lawsuits claim the assaults occurred between 2019 and 2022, adding to the ongoing scrutiny surrounding the music mogul, who is already facing federal charges for sex trafficking and racketeering.

According to court documents obtained by Thirsty for News, the first accuser alleges that in 2019, after meeting Combs at New York’s Marquee nightclub, he was invited to a private afterparty at the Park Hyatt hotel. He claims he was offered a drink, later realizing it was drugged, and recalls waking up naked on a couch as Combs allegedly sodomized him. The victim claims he saw others in the room recording the assault and was later given $2,500 on behalf of Combs.

The second plaintiff states he was drugged and raped by Combs and an associate at a party in the Hamptons in 2020. Court documents allege that the plaintiff “attempted to resist their sexual advances but was unable to do so” due to being unconscious. This individual claims he endured additional assaults by Combs between 2020 and 2022.

The third accuser, who had a longer-standing relationship with Combs, alleges he was assaulted in 2020 during a meeting at the InterContinental New York hotel regarding “missing job payments.” He claims he woke up to find Combs assaulting him and was warned not to report the incident, with the rapper allegedly saying, “You’ll look like an idiot because I’m Diddy.”

Combs’ legal team strongly denies the allegations, stating, “These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.” These cases come as part of a larger legal storm, with federal charges and at least 120 additional allegations being investigated.

Authorities have accused Combs of hosting criminal parties, dubbed “Freak Offs,” where attendees were reportedly drugged and assaulted. During raids on Combs’ properties, investigators uncovered over 1,000 bottles of lubricant and three AR-15 rifles, which may serve as evidence in his May 5 federal trial.

This latest wave of lawsuits adds to the already damning allegations against the former “Bad Boy” hitmaker, painting a dark picture of the once-iconic figure in the music industry.
