Nicki Minaj had no patience for Ray J’s recent remarks about Diddy, leading to an intense Instagram Live confrontation where she demanded he stop spreading unverified claims.

The tension escalated quickly after Nicki asked Ray J point-blank if he’s “been in the room when ‘a**es were being taken.'” He promptly denied it, attempting to redirect the conversation by sharing other questionable practices he’s “heard about.” But Nicki was not interested in hearsay, warning she’d leave the chat if he kept pushing baseless claims.

Minaj, growing visibly frustrated, demanded, “Stop joking about the Diddy case,” in a second plea to Ray J, making it clear that she wouldn’t entertain his offhand comments. Although Ray J initially defended his stance, he eventually backed down, offering a sincere apology to the rap queen.

This isn’t the first time Ray J has sounded off on the Diddy situation during an IG Live. He recently joined a call with Wack 100 to further unpack his experiences with the Combs family. Unlike Nicki’s firm approach, Wack 100 issued a more aggressive warning to Diddy’s sons: “If we run into you… act like it’s 1995.” Ray J attempted to calm Wack 100, urging restraint and caution, but Wack wasn’t having it. “It’s on,” he declared, doubling down on his stance.
