According to Page Six, Tekashi 6ix9ine was removed from LoanDepot Park, a baseball stadium in Miami, on Friday night after causing a disturbance due to excessive drinking. The rapper, who was attending Mexico’s game against Puerto Rico for the World Baseball Classic, was heavily intoxicated and was interrupting other guests’ experience, causing discomfort among fans.

“He was heavily intoxicated and interrupting other guests’ experience. He was drunk, he was inebriated and he was out of control. There were a lot of families there last night and he was bothering people.”

A video of the incident shared on social media shows Tekashi waving his large flag obnoxiously and blocking other fans’ views while appearing to lose his balance and fall over from drinking too much.

The situation escalated when officials, who were either security guards or police officers, were seen asking Tekashi to leave the stadium as two of his friends tried to intervene. Eventually, the “Gooba” rapper gave in and walked out of the premises, still waving his flag and greeting fans.

It is unclear if Tekashi has been banned from LoanDepot Park forever, and representatives for the stadium have not yet responded to Page Six’s request for comment. Despite Tekashi’s disruption, the sold-out crowd, which drew nearly 300,000 people, was able to witness Mexico’s 5-4 victory over Puerto Rico.
