Britney Spears suffered for 13 years due to her conservatorship, and fans continued to show solidarity and support her no matter what. She recently made headlines for suddenly deactivating her Instagram account, causing her fans to worry about her mental health. However, she is now back on the social media website but she has made it pretty clear that she definitely doesn’t want anyone to be ‘concerned’ for her.

Shortly after making a comeback, Spears took to her Instagram to call out Alyssa Milano for joining the online gang of “bullies” rather than standing up for another “lady.” Alyssa tweeted on Dec 21, “Someone please go check on Britney Spears.” To which Britney replied on her Insta story, writing, “It saddens me to see things about me from people who don’t know me!!!”

“This definitely feels like a form of bullying!!!

Ladies, we are supposed to be rooting for one another, not pulling one another down!!!”

After deactivating the account for a week, Britney came back to Instagram on January 30. The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office received calls from concerned fans asking for information regarding Britney’s safety. However, Britney didn’t really encourage the concerning nature and in a tweet, she addressed the fans’ worries, claiming that they “went a little too far, and my privacy was invaded.”

The “Toxic” singer took to her Instagram on Sunday to share a now-deleted post of a pink rose with a lengthy caption written alongside. “Since everyone thinks they know my story. THINK AGAIN !!! ” she began.

“A mere side of any given SUNDAY doesn’t show worship placing someones story out there … it’s a day of WELCOMING … not a righteous reply !!! It is what it is … nope I’m not having a breakdown … I am who I am and moving forward in my life. I have never felt better !!! Nope, I’m not this girl or that girl … I am River Red .. and being able to volumize my voice in a world where I lost my rights … for 15 years .. gives me an opportunity to succeed !!!”

The pop star added, “PS yes I took my Instagram down and now it’s back up because I can!!!” at the end of the lengthy caption. Spears made a dramatic return on the website after venting on Twitter about her devoted fans who went “too far” to check on her.
