Brock Lesnar is a highly accomplished and decorated professional wrestler, who has made a significant impact in the industry. During his two stints with WWE, he dominated his opponents and established himself as one of the biggest stars in the wrestling world. He is a veteran and therefore, it is not any surprise Lesnar tends to give advice from time to time. He even gave some useful advice to Drew McIntyre.

Back in the 2020 Royal Rumble, Drew McIntyre went on to win the match as he toppled a dominant Brock Lesnar and booked his ticket to WrestleMania 36. McIntyre would go on to defeat Lesnar for the WWE Championship.

While speaking during his FOLEY is POD podcast, Mick Foley talked about a recent conversation Lesnar had with McIntyre during a plane ride, which turned out to be very beneficial for Drew McIntyre.

Mick Foley revealed that he told Drew McIntyre to stop taking bumps for everyone in pursuit of having a great match, as Lesnar reminded McIntyre of the importance of building his character.

“He brought up that when he and Brock first got together, Brock was like – and this shows you the wisdom of Brock Lesnar – he was like, ‘You have to stop bumping for everyone,'” Foley said. “Because you get caught up in that idea of having a great match every time, and you forget that you’re trying to build a character at the same time.”

Foley added that fans can become interested in superstars who consistently produce great matches. That being said, Lesnar is now back on WWE television and will feud with Bobby Lashley, so we’ll have to see how that will turn out.
