Jonah Hill Legally Changes His Name To ‘Jonah Hill’

Jonah Hill has had a personal struggle with his weight throughout his professional career. He has also stood up to the press in the past after they made fun of how he looked. He also decided to legally change his name, in a move that puzzled fans.

A few months back, Jonah Hill filed a petition to drop Feldstein from his name and legally be known as Jonah Hill. Now it can seems the petition has been granted.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, it was revealed that his legal name is now just Jonah Hill. Before on paper, it was Jonah Hill Feldstein and had to sign documents that way.

The petition is granted. Once the proposed decree is signed, it cannot be amended without a new petition to change name.

Jonah did not have to appear before the courts to have the change approved. Hill stated that the name change is because “‘Jonah Hill’ is Petitioner’s professional name. Petitioner wants to make his professional name his legal name.” It was necessary for him and that’s all that matters to him now.
