On January 13th, one of the best NBA games of the season took place when the Golden State Warriors took on the San Antonio Spurs at the Alamodome. The game set an all-time NBA record for attendance with 68,323.

The Warriors had one of their best games of the season by defeating the Spurs 144-113 with Stephen Curry scoring 15 points in just 23 minutes. While the NBA star had a good game, his Instagram posts celebrating the win didn’t sit well with many people.

Following the game, Curry took to Instagram to share some pictures from the historic game while also giving a shoutout to his supporters who came to cheer on the Warriors. He captioned the pic as follows:

“All love San Antonio..68k in the Alamodome.”

Out of all the pictures he posted, there was one picture that caught Ayesha Curry’s attention. In his last picture, Stephen Curry can be seen wearing Texas attire and posing in a restaurant. He can also be seen tipping his cowboy hat and wearing a large belt buckle.

“Thirst trap with the last slide,” Ayesha Curry commented, adding a laugh/crying emoji.

Ayesha Curry wasn’t the only one ready to mock the NBA star for his pose. Fans joined in making fun of his attire with some fans mentioning that Curry was wearing the cowboy hat backward.

Despite their incredible win, the Golden State Warriors are having a pretty ordinary season thus far. We will have to wait and see if they can rally towards the latter part of the season. Stay tuned to Thirsty For News as we bring you similar news stories.
