Leo Abelo Perry made his feature film debut last year in Disney+’s Cheaper by the Dozen adaptation. He is a promising young talent who is getting lucrative role offers from time to time. Leo has now joined the cast of the Fast & Furious series.

The 9-year-old actor was most recently seen in ABC’s live special Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Celebration. He played the role of Chip. According to Variety, Leo has now been cast as Vin Diesel’s son, Brian Marcos, in the upcoming film Fast X.

The son of Dom (Diesel) and Elena Neves (Elsa Pataky). In 2017’s The Fate of the Furious, an infant Brian was kidnapped along with his mother and used by Cipher (Charlize Theron) to blackmail Dom. Though Elena is eventually killed, Brian is rescued by Deckard (Jason Statham) and Owen Shaw (Luke Evans), and Dom names him after his late friend Brian O’Conner (Paul Walker). In 2021’s F9, viewers see Brian living with Dom and stepmom Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) at their farmhouse.

The Fast & Furious series has gone on for more than two decades. Throughout the years, it has come to feature many great actors such as The Rock, Jason Statham, John Cena, Idris Elba, and Charlize Theron. Dwayne Johnson left the show after a feud with Diesel, and he says there’s “no chance” he’ll return after what Diesel called “tough love.”

Fast X began production last year. The series’ star, Vin Diesel, appears to be gaining more control over the series as time passes. Let’s see what’s in store for young Leo Abelo Perry in Fast X. Keep an eye on Thirsty for more.
