French Montana Hid Inside A KFC During Shooting At Miami Gardens

French Montana’s stock as a rapper in the world of hip-hop continues to rise as he brings his own unique flavor to the industry. Montana is aware of how much one has to struggle to make it big in the business. However, Montana’s luck has not been the best as of late as he was recently involved in a shooting while filming a music video. New footage of the incident has already revealed that Montana hid inside a KFC.

As previously reported, French Montana avoided disaster after gunshots were fired during a recent music video at Miami Gardens outside the Licking restaurant. Montana and his crew were desperate to find safety in the seconds following the shooting.

As revealed by footage obtained by TMZ, French Montana and his crew could be seen taking shelter in a nearby KFC when shots were fired. French isn’t saying much in the clip but can be seen looking outside.

A witness inside the restaurant stated that French remained there for 30 to 40 minutes, while police officers arrived and victims were transported to the hospital. At least 10 people were shot during the incident, which took place while everyone had gathered at The Licking restaurant to celebrate the release of French’s new mixtape, “Coke Boys 6: Money Heist Edition.”

It is not known why the shooting took place, but a witness stated that they believe it was the result of an attempted robbery during the celebration. Everyone who got shot is expected to survive, including his bodyguard, who is currently fighting for his life.
