Dana White is known to be a very divisive figure, mostly because of the way he gives payment to UFC stars. He was called out for this fact quite a few times by the likes of Jake Paul. Be that as it may, Dana White is someone who maintains his composure in the face of adversity. White recently drew the ire of many by slapping his wife. Now it seems White is getting cancelled, as his upcoming show has been pulled by TBS.

As previously reported, Dana White and his wife got physical with each other on New Year’s Eve, shocking fans at the Cabo San Lucas nightclub. People simply did not realize just how serious this incident would turn out to be.

According to MMA Junkie, TBS has pulled the plug on Dana White’s slap-fighting league following Dana White’s physical altercaion with his wife. Power Slap, which is backed by the UFC and also partially owned by Dana White, was set to premiere next Wednesday, Jan. 11 on TBS.

However, episode is no longer listed on the programming schedule in the 10 p.m. time slot. Not only that, but it is also missing from the Jan. 18 schedule. Power Slap and TBS reached a broadcasting agreement for eight 1-hour episodes.

According to a report by Jeremy Botter, it was revealed Thursday on Twitter that a Warner Media source said “basically just paperwork” needs to be finalized to end the deal. White’s incident also ended up sparking an outrage, among other things. Dana White is truly suffering the consequecnes of his actions and he has no one to blame but himslef for this.
