Conor McGregor fractured his ankle at the end of the first round of his UFC 264 fight against Dustin Poirier last year. That signalled the beginning of his downfall as McGregor did a lot of bizarre things after that.

The Irishman has been working hard on his road to recovery since last year. He has always kept fans updated on his progress, and they couldn’t be happier for Notorious.

Conor McGregor previously revealed that he will not be making his return to the UFC as a lightweight. Following Islam Makchachev’s title-earning UFC 280 main event victory Saturday in Abu Dhabi, McGregor posted a series of tweets, taking a shot at the champion.

The Notorious One was critical of Makhachev’s second-round submission against Charles Oliveira. He then indicated that he has the tools to defeat Makhachev when needed.

Dana White also recently revealed the condition for Conor McGregor’s return. We will have to wait and see when he will be returning to the Octagon.
