Andy Dick was arrested and charged with sexual battery in May, and his arrest was live-streamed. Andy is now facing felony burglary charges in California after being arrested yet again. This time, cops claim he was stealing power tools from someone’s garage.

Officers from the Santa Barbara Police Department told TMZ that Andy was busted on October, 13th. They apprehended him after responding to a report of a house burglary in progress. According to cops, Andy stole several power tools from a home under construction.

They claimed that they caught him red-handed fleeing the property. The homeowner informed the police that he didn’t know Andy and that he had no permission to be there. Andy has since been charged with first-degree residential burglary by the Santa Barbara County District Attorney, and he has pleaded not guilty. However, he is still imprisoned one week later.

He is currently being held at the Santa Barbara County Jail, waiting for bail. Bail was set at $50,000. Andy’s lawyer, Brian Mathis, told the outlet that a public defender is repping Andy in the Santa Barbara case. They “are confident additional facts will come to light supporting Mr. Dick as this case moves forward.”
