Drake and 21 Savage’s Honestly, Nevermind collab “Jimmy Cooks” debuted at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart this summer. This was Drake’s 11th No. 1 Hot 100 entry at the time, as well as 21’s second. Drake recently appeared as a surprise guest at 21 Savage’s Morehouse and Spelman Homecoming show.

On Wednesday, 21 Savage blessed Atlanta fans with an unforgettable performance of his own. He also shocked attendees with an unannounced special visit by Drake. Pandora sponsored the show in question.

It was held at Forbes Arena as part of the Morehouse and Spelman Homecoming 2022 festivities. Fly Guy DC served as host, and while sharing the show’s official flyer earlier this month, he slyly teased that fans should expect a surprise. Subsequently shared event footage shows that the level of surprise among the audience was fairly high when Drake took the stage.

Drake played songs such as “Knife Talk” and “Nonstop.” “By the way, I didn’t get invited to this show,” Drake told the crowd at one point. “Nobody from Morehouse asked me to perform. My brother brought me here, so make some noise.”
