Kanye West explicitly stated his support for Donald Trump, which enraged many fans and peers. In 2018, West even had a secret meeting with Trump at the White House. President Donald Trump appears to have Kanye West’s back as he had nothing but positive things to say about the rapper.

According to the Daily News, on Tuesday, October 18th, the 45th President of the United States failed to condemn the billionaire rapper-turned-designer for his anti-Semitic remarks over the last few weeks, some of which featured his son-in-law, Jared Kushner. In a new interview with Larry O’Connor, Trump was asked about his MAGA hat-wearing rap star friend,

“He was really nice to me. Beyond anybody, he was. He was great to me.”

Even when O’Connor pressed him about Ye’s allegation that Kusher brokered the Abraham Accord peace between Israel and some of the Arab states so that he could financially profit, he would not fold. Meanwhile, over the last few weeks, Ye has appeared on Tucker Carlson, Chris Cuomo, and N.O.R.E.’s “Drink Champs,” spewing hateful speech about Jewish people.

Ye even said on Cuomo’s show my “life was threatened by my Jewish managers, by my Jewish lawyer, by my Jewish accountant.” However, the president is still standing by his guy. Trump asserted that,

“He was great, really, to MAGA, to the MAGA movement, which was very impressive, I’ve always gotten along with him.”

It was previously reported Kanye West is seemingly still angry he was bullied for being a Donald Trump supporter. This comes off the heels of a very rocky year for Ye. We’ll have to wait and see what Kanye has in store for us next.
