The deteriorating father-son bond between 50 Cent and Marquise Jackson has been witnessed by a large social media audience for years. The rapper and his now-25-year-old son haven’t been close in some time, but recently the tension has increased due to the constant internet trolling.

The situation worsened when Marquise asserted that he couldn’t survive on $6,700 per month in child support and after pressuring his father, 50 issued a few reactions. Lil Meech and other people appeared to have entered the argument, but it hasn’t prevented Marquise from emphasizing Fif’s absence from his life.

Although most of 50 Cent’s responses to his son have been indirect, during his virtual interview with The Breakfast Club, he was directly asked about the conflict. Marquise wanted to have a conversation with his father, according to Charlamagne Tha God.

“No he doesn’t. Charlamagne, he would call me. You don’t call TMZ to say you want to sit down. think about it, man.”

50 also talked about the texts that were circulated, he said the conversation was between him and Marquise’s mother. Fif claimed that despite giving Marquise’s mother “half a million dollars a year,” she “still was expecting more.”

“This is why I took her to child support. You don’t usually sign up for child support. I signed up for child support because she wasn’t understanding what I’m already giving you. Then, when it turns into the $6,700, that’s not enough. It’s never gon’ be enough.

She don’t wanna work, she need to get a job. She didn’t hear me… They just live in the moment.”

Fif stated that he has no resentment about paying child support because he is on top of things. He also mentioned that Marquise was being looked after by his aunts. Stay tuned to Thirsty for the latest updates.
