Kanye West unveiled “White Lives Matter” shirts during the YZYSZN 9 fashion show, which drew a lot of criticism. Despite that Ye didn’t stop, he made the matters worse with his anti-Semitic posts on social media. It also resulted in him getting locked out of both Instagram and Twitter. Sarah Silverman recently expressed how she feels about the whole situation.

In case you missed it, Ye tweeted out, “I’m a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up I’m going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE. The funny thing is I actually can’t be Anti Semitic because black people are actually Jew also You guys have toyed with me and tried to black ball anyone whoever opposes your agenda.” That tweet caused a lock on his account.

Silverman took to Twitter to question why Kanye West isn’t trending for his remarks about Jews. The famous comedian then clarified that she was referring to “white people” who did not speak up, but it was too late for her critics.

Kanye threatened the Jews yesterday on Twitter and it’s not even trending. Why do mostly only Jews speak up against Jewish hate? The silence is so loud.

People saw Silverman’s remark on the rapper as hypocritical, since she has offended minorities throughout her career. Silverman’s brand of cute shock humor made her a celebrity, but some of those jokes don’t age well.

Twitter instantly became inundated with photographs and videos showing the comic dressed in blackface, as well as recordings from an old interview she gave on Bill Maher’s show, Politically Incorrect.

Silverman defended the freedom to use racial slurs like “ch*nk” and “n******” during that Politically Incorrect appearance, and she is now being questioned about it.

Twitter is a very reactionary community, and those with a problematic background frequently suffer the platform’s wrath. Check out the tweets below.
