Former NBA star Ben Gordon is well-known for his basketball dunks, which have made him a phenomenon. He was the subject of several legal complaints; it appears that one more has been added. Ben Gordon is accused of nine charges after repeatedly punching his son.

On 11th October Ben Gordon got arrested at LaGuardia airport. Before boarding a trip from New York to Chicago, the former NBA player allegedly punched his son in the face. Eventually, Gordon’s 10-year-old son was rushed to the hospital, and Gordon was quickly taken to jail.

Following the arrest, Gordon was arraigned and charged with nine offenses, including two counts of second-degree assault, second-degree criminal contempt, resisting arrest, third-degree assault, attempted third-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and resisting arrest. The judge will hear these serious allegations against Gordon later this month.

Witnesses, according to TMZ, claimed that Gordon’s son actually dropped a book, causing multiple strikes on the head. It was a terrifying spectacle, and when the police arrived, Gordon resisted being taken into custody to the point where two of them suffered arm, wrist, and knee injuries.

In addition to all of this, Gordon was the subject of a restraining order, so the former NBA player wasn’t supposed to be with him in the first place.
