Paris Hilton Gets Full-Body Scan For Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Paris Hilton is known for many things today, but her rise into the mainstream media happened over her leaked sex tape. Hilton is using her status to spread awareness about breast cancer and do to, so she got a full-body scan.

Hilton took to Instagram to encourage her followers to take care of their health. Her post came in honor of October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Monday’s World Mental Health Day. The post was also a tribute to the model’s grandmother, who died over 20 years ago from breast cancer.

Hilton posted photos and videos of herself receiving a full-body MRI and showing off her cancer-free results. The 41-year-old entertainer’s message to take care of mental and physical well-being was quite straightforward.

Not only is it Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but today is also World Mental Health Day 💕🎗️ My grandmother passed away from breast cancer and I miss her every single day 🥺😢 I can’t stress how important it is for my mental health to make sure I’m being proactive and not reactive when it comes to my physical health I encourage every single one of you to go get a scan and make sure you are taking care of yourselves 💖

Hilton is a big advocate for mental health, she also spoke about the abuse she endured as a teen on her Instagram Story. In her message, she referred to her ability to overcome hardship and ensured survivors that they are not alone.
