Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt back in 2016. She has repeatedly asserted that Brad assaulted at least one of their kids on a private jet and allegedly poured alcohol on her. Now the pair is dealing with a messy divorce and custody battle.

Recently, Jolie was pictured out with her children Zahara and Maddox just one day before filing explosive court documents accusing her ex-husband Brad Pitt of violence. DailyMail reported that the Tomb Raider actress, 47, and her two children braved the rain for a spot of shopping in New York City on Monday.

As her son Maddox, 21, trailed closely after, Angelina held hands with her daughter Zahara, 17, who was carrying an umbrella. Angelina smiled in the rain with a pair of tinted glasses propped over her eyes and a black trench coat shielding her from the rain.

The veteran actress wore a glossy white dress, black ankle boots, and a leather purse over her shoulder. Zahara wore a black long-sleeve top, jeans, and white sneakers as she shared an umbrella with her mom. Maddox was looking stylish in a black jacket, graphic print T-shirt, and beanie.

Jolie’s latest public outing comes just days after she accused Brad of hitting one of their child in the face, slamming the actress against a wall while grabbing her hair, and “choking” one of their six children during a heated argument on a private jet. Meanwhile, according to sources, Brad has never openly denounced Angelina for the sake of their children. They add that he is deeply wounded by what he believes to be a vicious, unrelenting attack.
