Stallone Sylvester and Jennifer Flavin’s unexpected divorce case caused a stir in the industry. When Jenn revealed her split, people were skeptical at first, but filing for divorce proved her revelation. Now, Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin are working on a divorce settlement, with no prenuptial agreement in place.

Stallone and Flavin are nearing a divorce settlement, and they are putting a halt to court procedures to work out a deal in private yet, unexpectedly, because there was no prenup in place. According to TMZ, Sly and Jennifer both filed an order of abatement in their divorce in Florida, which the court granted.

This indicates that files have been halted; but, people close to the case said that the divorce is still ongoing, they simply don’t want the details made public. The docs stated the full information about the matter of divorce.

“The Parties agree that is in the best interests of each of them individually, and more importantly collectively as a family, to resolve all issues attendant to the dissolution of their marriage in a dignified, amicable, and private manner out-of-court.”

Furthermore, the couple didn’t have a prenup when they married in 1997, potentially leaving hundreds of millions of dollars up for grabs because their profits are communal property. Jennifer has her popular Serious Skincare cosmetic line, while Stallone has a run of Hollywood blockbusters under his belt, including the “Rocky” franchise.

Jennifer filed for divorce from Sly last month after 25 years of marriage, claiming their marriage was “irretrievably broken.” She also accused him of relocating marital assets, which he denied.

Surprisingly, the latest filing comes on the heels of an intriguing social media post by Stallone, in which he published old images of himself, Jennifer, and their three daughters with the description “Wonderful…”However, what’s your take on the unexpected divorce?
