The main Toy Story films were considered one of the more successful and critically lauded animated franchises of all time. Plenty of people didn’t want a new installment because of how the last two ended to wrapped up the series, but money talks. However, the two lead actors got together now fueling rumors.

TMZ received photos of Tom Hanks and Tim Allen meeting up at a restaurant in L.A. They had breakfast at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel on the Sunset Strip earlier in the week. Hanks and Allen wore shades and sat away from the rest of the people in attendance

Tom voiced Woody, and Tim voiced Buzz Lightyear in the 1995 original film. There have been several sequels since.

Neither man was in the last film, Lightyear, which was released in June 2022. The spin-off did good with the critics, but it underperformed with audiences and at the box office.

Tom took a shot at “Lightyear” producers in an interview, saying he wanted to do the sequel with Tim but “they didn’t let Tim Allen do it. I don’t understand that.” Who knows the reason why they use Chris Evans instead of Allen in the role for the spin-off?

We’ll keep an eye on the situation. It could be a meeting or just two friends meeting up.
