A$AP Rocky Denies Claims That He Shot A$AP Relli

The A$SAP Mob is famous for producing some of the best talents in hip-hop. Two such names from the group are A$AP Rocky and A$AP Relli. News has been looming about the former shooting the latter. However, Rocky denies such claims.

A$AP Rocky is the target of a botched robbery attempt and false shooting claim. According to the rapper’s defense attorney Joe Tacopina, it was planned by his “jealous” former pal A$AP Relli, Rolling Stone reported. Rocky claims he is only looking to make a quick buck.

“Rocky didn’t commit a crime. It was an extortion attempt by a former associate, who threatened to make false criminal accusations if Rocky didn’t pay him.”

A$AP Relli was allegedly shot at by Rocky during a dispute in Hollywood back in November. Relli stated that the bullet fragments injured his hand. Rocky is currently being sued by Relli for the alleged incident, and is also being investigated for felony guns charges.

Relli, whose true name is Terell Ephron, is accused by the attorney of harassing Mayers for cash. At a face-to-face meeting with Rocky, he allegedly started a violent altercation. He then attempted to portray the altercation as a shooting. However as Rocky’s lawyer told TMZ, he has witness for the events that took place.

“He was trying to get money from Rocky. He wanted Rocky to support him. He made it clear. There were repeated attempts where he tried to ask for money in lieu of not causing problems for Rocky. That’s what he said. We have all this memorialized in text messages and otherwise, so it’s an extortion.”

Rocky hired Joe because a couple of his friends, namely YG and Meek Mill, were also successfully repped by Tacopina. Tacopina says both the civil and criminal cases against his client are slam dunks. Rocky previously pled not guilty to both criminal charges of assault with a semiautomatic firearm and sticks to that statement.
