Maxwell Jacob Friedman is one of the most popular wrestlers in AEW despite currently being portrayed as an obnoxious heel. He may boast a lot of claims, but the latest if an eye-opener.

’ll let you decide.

Josh Allen probably didn’t know MJF’s name when he made that comment. Allen had a dominant season in 2021 before he and the Bills would lose to the Kansas City Cheifs 42–36 to advance to the AFC Championship Game. However, Buffalo came out with a vengeance against Los Angeles on Thursday in a 31-10 win. With his superior skills, he’s winning over fans.

MJF made his return to AEW programming at All Out on September 4th under a mask, winning the Casino Ladder match and securing himself a future shot for the AEW World Championship with the help of Stokely Hathaway. We’ll have to see what he lays claim to next, but the Salt of the Earth is full of surprises.
